When "gifted" children become adults there are no longer special programs designed to support their needs. But that doesn't mean those needs have disappeared. Come hear what effects these traits have on experiences and behavior in adulthood from a professional in the field of gifted education.

As the Head of School of Polaris Fellowship of Weapons Study, Heather Gutterman teaches skills in self defense, navigating conflict, knowing one’s path, and the use of many weapons, including the sword. She nurtures the brilliance within each of her students through the challenges they face, and celebrates the strength and joy in all.
