Nuri has been involved in the IT industry since 1996, when he, at the tender age of 14, was able to pester the local IT firm into his first intern job. In 2000, Nuri took his first call center job, and after pestering the IT guys into giving him a job, he launched a career in contact center IT with a focus on telecom.
