of food. Tammy Coxen of Tammy's Tastings will demonstrate
spherification, foaming, and other fun science tricks for the kitchen.

Discover how you can make cheeses such as mozzarella, paneer, ricotta, and queso blanco right in your own kitchen using simple, inexpensive, and easy to source ingredients.
